the best as the story is very light weight relying as much on clich?s as writing skill. However, this is
a book from Higgins' pomp and it highlights what a good action adventure author he was. It is meant to be
a cheap spy book and it hits its target to a tee. If you are a fan of Higgins you will enjoy this book.
